The visit: a technician comes out, looks the furnace over and tells you what it needs. It's a look, not a repair call, so if anything needs the tools to come out, you'll hear the price for that before it happens.
Is there a trip charge on top?
No. The $59 is the whole visit, and there's no separate trip charge added to it.
My furnace isn't working at all. Is this the right offer?
No, that's a repair call, and we'd rather get you the right visit than the cheap one. Head to furnace repair or call us and describe what it's doing.
I'm a Gold Club member. Should I book this?
No, and please don't pay for it. Your membership already includes this visit. Call us and we'll book your HVAC system check instead.
