Good questions, straight answers
What's included in an HVAC system check?
The full system, every time: heating and cooling sides both, regardless of season. Burner and heat-exchanger inspection, blower performance, refrigerant readings, wiring connections, safety controls, and airflow. Gold Club membership includes these checks.
When should I replace instead of repair?
There's no single magic number. We weigh the repair cost against the system's age, condition, and efficiency, and show you the comparison. If a repair buys you years, we'll say so. If you'd be putting new tires on a dead engine, we'll say that too.
Can you look at a quote I got from another company?
Yes. Second opinions are some of our favorite appointments. Bring the quote; we'll tell you what we'd do in your house and why.
Do you handle both the furnace and the AC together?
