Gold Club questions, answered
What does Gold Club membership cost?
$99/year for your home, plus sales tax. One membership covers one HVAC system; if your home runs two systems, the second needs its own membership.
What are the HVAC system checks?
Two a year, one for heating and one for cooling, and the full system is inspected at each one. They catch small problems while they are still small. Your membership also covers a plumbing inspection each year.
Do members really skip the line?
Yes. Priority scheduling is the headline benefit. When the first cold snap or heat wave hits and the phones light up, members go to the front of the line.
Is there a trip fee for members?
No. Members don't pay a trip charge on any visit, however many times we come out in a year.
How does the repair discount work?
Members get 10% off repairs, applied at the visit with no coupon to remember. It covers repair work. System replacements, repipes and new installations are priced as their own projects and the 10% doesn't apply to them.
What am I committing to?
Twelve months to start. After that most memberships continue on their own, billed monthly or yearly depending on how yours is set up, and a phone call is all it takes to change or cancel. We reach out ahead of a yearly renewal so the charge is never a surprise. The membership is also transferable: if you sell your home, it can move with the house to the new owner, which buyers like hearing.
