Is it really free?
Yes. No cost and no obligation. It's how we'd want to be treated before spending that kind of money.
Do I need a quote already?
It helps, because then we can compare like with like. But if you've only had one conversation and want another, request the visit anyway.
Will you beat the price?
We won't promise that, and we'd be suspicious of anyone who does before seeing the house. The value is understanding the whole installed scope and whether the equipment fits. Sometimes that's cheaper, sometimes it isn't.
Is this for repairs too?
This offer is for replacement decisions. If your system is down right now, call us and we'll get you a repair visit instead.
What should I have ready?
The quote if you have it, the age of your current system if you know it, and any comfort complaints (hot upstairs, cold basement). That's plenty.
How is the appointment confirmed?
We call you. A submitted request isn't a booked visit until we've confirmed the window together.
