How tankless changes the morning
A tank heats forty or fifty gallons and then you wait. A tankless unit heats water as it flows, so hot water lasts as long as the demand does. The catch is sizing: how many fixtures run at once and how cold the incoming water gets in January decide the right unit for your house. That's what the visit is for.

Will one unit handle two showers at once?
Often yes, if it's sized for it. Capacity depends on how many fixtures run together and how cold the incoming water is, which drops a lot in a Utah winter. Sizing is the whole point of the visit; we won't promise unlimited showers from a unit that can't deliver them.
What does installation cost?
It depends on the unit, your gas line and venting, and where it mounts, so we quote it after seeing the house. Whatever the number is, $500 comes off it while this offer runs.
Does my old water heater have to come out?
Usually the tankless unit replaces it, and we haul the old tank away. If there's a reason to keep a tank in the mix, we'll say so.
Is the visit itself free?
Yes. Estimates carry no trip charge. You get the sizing conversation and the written numbers, and you pay nothing unless you choose to move ahead with an install.
When does the $500 off end?
The date is on this page and it's firm. Request a visit before then and the discount holds for your install.
