- Name-brand 80% gas furnace up to 60,000 BTU + 14 SEER2 air conditioner with the matching coil, up to 2.5 tons.
- A smart thermostat, a new pad under the outdoor unit and a new line set between the two, so nothing from the old system gets reused.
- Removal of the old furnace and AC, the permit, and carbon monoxide alarms on every level of the house, which Utah code requires when a new gas furnace goes in.
Larger homes need a larger unit

We call to set up a visit, and the System Engineer walks the house, checks the ductwork and sizes the system.

You get the price in writing. If your home fits the $7,995 system, that's the number, and if it needs more you'll see that number before you say yes to anything.

On install day the crew pulls the old furnace and AC, sets the new system to the manufacturer's specs so the warranty holds, puts in the CO alarms, and you're heating that night.

Is $7,995 the price for every house?
It's the price for the system above, which handles most homes that need up to 2.5 tons of cooling. A larger home needs larger equipment and costs more, and the System Engineer confirms which one yours is during the visit, so you see the price in writing before any decision.
What brand is the equipment?
A name-brand furnace and AC with a manufacturer warranty, and we install to the manufacturer's specs so that warranty holds. If you want the make and model for your home before the visit, call us and we'll tell you.
Does the whole install really take one day?
Yes. Once your install day is booked, the crew pulls the old system and has the new one running before they leave. We don't promise a same-day start from the day you call, only that the job won't stretch across days once it starts.
Why are carbon monoxide alarms included?
Utah code requires CO alarms when a new gas furnace goes in, and some installers leave that for you to sort out afterward. We put one on every level and include them in the price so it's handled.
What does the year of Gold Club membership get me?
Gold Club membership = a furnace check, an AC check and a plumbing inspection each year, plus no trip charges and 10% off repairs. The first year is included in the $7,995, and after that it's $99 a year and you can keep it or let it go.
Can I finance it?
Yes. Financing runs through GreenSky, including a no-interest option if the balance is paid in full within the promo period, and the plans with their required disclosures are on the financing page.
When does the price end?
November 30, 2026. Request your visit before then and the price holds for your install.
